Justin Leck provides counsel on transactional matters to a wide variety of clients, including privately-held companies, municipalities, and non-profits. He focuses his practice on corporate law and real estate, including transfers and leases of real property, mergers and acquisitions, and providing general advice and services to privately-held companies. Justin’s broad transactional experience allows him to handle multiple components of large transactions which greatly improves efficiency by reducing the number of attorneys required to shepherd a deal from start to closing.
