Natália Teixeira has represented local and international clients in corporate transactions with a major focus on M&A transactions, capital markets and corporate governance. Prior to joining Souza, Mello e Torres, Natália was an associate at Machado, Meyer, Sendacz e Opice. Natália has participated in major transactions such as the combination of the Farmoquímica and Divcom businesses (Divcom holds the Imecap brand), the acquisition of Dental Cremer by the Henry Schein group, and the acquisition of Pfizer’s share in Laboratório Teuto, among other transactions.
