Bio

Guillaume Buge is a graduate of ESSEC business school and holds a DEA in business law from the University of Paris I. He has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2006. Guillaume previously practiced at Bredin Prat. He is involved in business litigation and regularly participates in the firm’s M&A transactions. Guillaume has developed a particular expertise in shareholder and post-acquisition litigation as well as in complex and international successions.
