Danny Tricot heads Skadden’s European capital markets practice. His capital markets work includes acting for issuers and underwriters on a broad range of equity and debt transactions. Mr. Tricot’s general corporate practice includes experience in complex cross-border mergers and acquisitions. He has worked across several European jurisdictions, and also in growth markets, with extensive experience in the Middle East, Israel, Africa and the CIS. Chambers UK has repeatedly listed Mr. Tricot in its rankings, in which clients describe him as “adept at staying on top of the numerous issues raised on complex cross-border deals” and “straight-talking and very commercially minded.” He also is listed as a leading individual in Chambers Europe, Chambers Global, The Legal 500 and IFLR1000, and previously was featured in the Financial News’ Hall of Fame.
