Head of the firm’s New York M&A/Corporate Group, Allison Schneirov is a trusted adviser to corporate clients across a diverse range of industries, as well as private equity clients, on complex and high-profile mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, strategic investments, corporate governance and securities law matters. Ms. Schneirov has been repeatedly recognized in Chambers Global: The World’s Leading Lawyers for Business, Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business and IFLR1000. She was featured as one of The Deal’s 2020 Top Women in Dealmaking for Private Equity and named to its inaugural Women in M&A: The Powerhouse 20 list in 2019, as well as a Law360 Private Equity MVP and previously recognized as one of The American Lawyer’s 45 Under 45 outstanding women lawyers. She also is a member of Fortune’s Most Powerful Women. In addition, she has been named a leading lawyer in Lawdragon 500 Leading Lawyers in America, which also counts her among its Lawdragon Legends for having been named to the guide at least 10 times.
