Kim Pedersen has since 1990 been working with all aspects of tax law including ligation and he conducts negotiations with the tax authorities. Kim is also assisting in cases at the Danish National Tax Tribunal and the Danish Courts including the Supreme Court. Kim’s expertise in criminal tax law includes administrative issues and litigation before the courts. He advises on the professional liability of accountants attorneys and management liability. ​Kim has been associate professor at the University of Copenhagen in tax law. He conducts courses and lectures in tax law. Furthermore, Kim has gained experience as a leader during his 30 years as an officer of the reserve with the armed forces.
