Bio

Alf Nielsen primarily works with transactions in which corporate, tax law and contract law issues have been central, particularly with acquisition and sale of businesses. He has also worked with labour law and litigation, and in 1991 he was admitted to the Supreme Court. Alf Nielsen also is a frequent lecturer and examiner at UIB and NHH. He also has extensive board experience, and in recent years he has also worked with marketing law and the protection that technology provides to companies engaged in technology development, especially within the oil industry.
