Guillaume-Denis is the President of the Think Tank of business lawyer (TTCA). Before joining Simmons & Simmons, Guillaume-Denis was a Partner in the Paris office of a pre-eminent US law firm. Guillaume-Denis is a former Secrétaire de la Conférence of the Paris bar association, a former Chief of Staff to the President of the Paris Bar association, and a former General Secretary of Paris Place de Droit.
