Christian Bornhorst is a corporate and private M&A partner in our Düsseldorf office specialised in national and cross-border private equity transactions. He advises on acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures, carve-outs, multinational post-merger integrations and corporate restructurings. Christian's clients include German and international funds and financial investors, financial institutions, and large corporates. And he also advises members of the management of portfolio companies. He has specific industry expertise in the technology, banking, financial services, and the infrastructure sector (particularly: ports and airports). Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese Christian also covers transactions with a Latin American context for his clients.
