Volker Kullmann focuses on private equity (leveraged buy-out), M&A transactions and corporate finance. He represented Ardian, Bridgepoint, Gilde Buy Out Partners, Intermediate Capital Group, Rodenstock group, Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. and many other clients in complex national and international transactions. Chambers Global, Chambers Europe, and IFLR1000 recommend Volker as a “Leading Lawyer” for Corporate/M&A and Private Equity. Most recently, Volker was recognized as a notable practitioner by Chambers Europe 2021. In the previous 2020 edition, he is described by clients as “a very gifted corporate lawyer,” “extremely intelligent,” and “always one step ahead.” In the 2019 edition, sources state that “he knows the details well, he can be pragmatic and he has an extremely good amount of experience. He always does a great job.” In the 2019/2020 edition of the JUVE Handbook, Volker was recognized as “Frequently Recommended” for Private Equity Transactions (Mid-Cap).
