Daniel Rawner has a transactional practice, where he focuses on advising private equity clients in connection with leveraged recapitalizations, management buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, structured preferred and growth equity investments, and search fund transactions. Dan advises private equity firms, public and private companies, and individuals in corporate and mergers and acquisitions transactions involving U.S. and non-U.S. businesses. Dan regularly represents clients in transactions in the software, healthcare, financial services, and business and consumer services industries. He serves as primary general counsel to a number of privately held companies. Dan also represents several investment banks as financial advisors in connection with mergers and acquisitions transactions.
