Ankit Kashyap practice is focused on public and private international securities transactions, including transactions that involve U.S. securities laws, as well as initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, private placements to qualified investors and the issuance of American and global depository receipts. Prior to joining Sidley, Ankit worked at major international law firms in Singapore and India. Ankit was named by India Business Law Journal 2019 – 2021 to its top 100 international lawyers for India-related matters, naming him to its “A-List” of India specialists around the world. He was also named by Law360 to its “Rising Stars” 2019 report, the report recognizes a selected list of lawyers under 40 “whose legal accomplishments transcend their age.” Ankit was also recognized as a leading lawyer in the 2021 editions of Chambers Global and Chambers Asia-Pacific for Capital Markets (International) for India and Singapore.
