Danny is a corporate partner specialising in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and private equity. His diverse client base ranges from owner-managed businesses to FTSE350 companies, with a particular focus on the drink, technology, life sciences and energy sectors. Danny heads up the corporate arm of the Firm's Energy Group and has built a leading reputation for corporate-related work for clients such as Statkraft, Green Highland Renewables, Vattenfall, Infinis, Brookfield Renewables and Scottish Power.
