He has experience and expertise in several local and international transactions in private equity, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, fund formation, inbound and outbound investments, debt financing and general corporate and transaction advisory matters. He has advised global funds, financial institutions, family offices, promoters and corporates across healthcare, technology, financial services and fin-tech, auto components, agri-biz and social impact sectors. Manav has a particular expertise in impact and social investing in India and has also worked extensively with foundations and philanthropic organisations in grant making and patient capital social sector investing.
