I have 25 years’ of experience within a broad spectrum of corporate law disciplines, both nationally and internationally. Throughout my career, I have focused on M&A, commercial contract law and insurance law. I also spend a considerable proportion of my time on dispute resolution. Within this area, I regularly represent clients in public courts and in arbitration proceedings. I regularly assist a wide range of Swedish and international clients in major contract negotiations, M&A transactions and insurance regulatory matters. I have acted as lead counsel in numerous M&A transactions, both as buy-side and sell-side counsel in a number of different sectors. Within my insurance practice I assist different insurance companies with daily regulatory advice as well as with strategic advice in connection with M&A transactions, portfolio transfers, license applications, etc.
