I help companies and organisations in conjunction with, investments, transactions and financing. During the period 2016-2020, I also had the priviledge to lead the day to day operations of the firm as Executive Partner. I specialize in corporate law and all forms of finance law, and I work primarily with assisting companies and organisations with raising capital, investments and corporate law issues. Over the years, I have helped many companies and owners in conjunction with major restructuring and changes in ownership. My work also includes review of funds on behalf of potential investors. I am a member of the Swedish Bar Association and the Law Society of England and Wales. Since 2016, I have been responsible for leading the day-to-day operations as managing partner.
