I work with Swedish and international M&A, often in collaboration with foreign law firms. After more than 30 years at Setterwalls, I have wide-ranging M&A and corporate law competence and also much experience of complex contract negotiations, M&A, corporate establishments in Sweden, corporate finance, joint ventures often related to the Swedish technology, shipping and automotive industries. This includes providing advice to investors and portfolio companies on the venture capital & private equity markets and Reps & Warranties insurances. After studies abroad, internships in the UK and the USA, participation in the International Bar Association, my international contact network is large. I was the Managing Partner of the firm during 2004-2007 and am currently responsible for Setterwalls’ China desk in Stockholm, and for coordinating Setterwalls Stockholm’s international contacts.
