Thomas Harding received his undergraduate degree from Stanford University in 1981, where he was admitted to Phi Beta Kappa. Mr. Harding received his law degree from the University of California, Berkeley (Boalt Hall) in 1984, where he was admitted to the Order of the Coif and was Articles Editor of The International Tax and Business Lawyer. Mr. Harding’s practice emphasizes business transactions, primarily mergers, acquisitions and sales of businesses and private offerings of securities for corporations and other business entities. He also counsels businesses and individuals with respect to ongoing business affairs, including contract issues, employment agreements, stock option and other employee benefit plans, and general corporate matters. Prior to joining Seed Mackall LLP as a partner in 1991, Mr. Harding was a lawyer in the Corporations Department of O’Melveny & Myers LLP in Los Angeles. He is the managing partner of the firm.
