Bio

Siddharth Seshan practice focuses on private equity and venture capital transactions, joint ventures and general corporate advisory matters. He has represented leading venture capital firms and venture capital-backed emerging companies with their fund-raising, governance and investment activities. He has assisted multinationals to comply with India’s business regulations and advised on private company acquisitions across different sectors. ​He is a key member of the firm’s anti-corruption and compliance practice. He has been involved in internal investigations and compliance reviews, and has also advised on remedial and preventative measures under Indian anti-corruption laws. He holds a BLS, LL.B., degree from the University of Mumbai (2008). He also holds an LL.M from University College London, UK (2009). He is qualified to practice law in India. Siddharth is a badminton enthusiast and enjoys playing during his down-time.
