Harish Narasappa practice covers general corporate law, cross-border mergers & acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, banking, corporate financing, dispute resolution and commercial real estate. Harish has a B.A.LL.B (Hons.) and a Ph.D from the National Law School of India University, Bengaluru, a BCL from Oxford University (where he was a Radhakrishnan Scholar) and a BA (Philosophy) from the University of London. Harish’s clients include Competition Commission of India, KKR India, JP Morgan, Sequoia Capital, Pravega Ventures, NTT Group, Reliance Group, Nobroker Technologies, Ola Electric, Delhivery, Inventus, Acciona and DMG Mori. Harish is the author of the book titled “Rule of Law in India – A Quest for Reasonâ€. Harish is also the co-founder of Daksh, a civil society organization that promotes accountability and better governance in India. He has authored the book titled, “Rule of Law in India – A Quest for Reasonâ€. He is also the joint editor of Daksh’s two pioneering reports – “State of the Indian Judiciary – A Report by Daksh†and “Approaches to Justice – A Report by Daksh.†Harish is admitted to practice law in India. Apart from the law, Harish’s hobbies include running and mountaineering.
