Anisha Shroff works primarily in the areas of merger & acquisitions, private equity & venture capital transactions, and general corporate and commercial matters. Prior to joining Samvad Partners in 2015, Anisha was associated with Dua Associates, Mumbai and Hariani & Co., Mumbai where she has handled matters relating to acquisitions, general corporate and commercial matters, commercial litigation and dispute resolution. She has briefly worked in-house in a listed information technology company. Anisha holds a B.S.L., LL.B. degree from Symbiosis Law School, Pune (2007) and an LL.M., degree from Columbia Law School, New York (2012). She is admitted to practice law in India and State of New York, USA. Apart from law, she is a travel enthusiast and loves to explore different cultures and food. During her spare time, she likes to read and practice yoga.
