Bio

Mr. Kransdorf is a partner in the firm’s Corporate Practice group with extensive transactional and other corporate related experience. He works closely with the firm’s publishing, cable television and new media clients on their acquisitions, investments, divestitures, joint ventures and other business development projects. Prior to joining the firm in 2005, Mr. Kransdorf maintained a diverse practice at Thelen’s New York office where he represented issuers, underwriters and investors in the public and private placement of equity and debt securities, assisted clients in structuring onshore and offshore private equity funds, and represented a broad range of domestic and international clients. Mr. Kransdorf belongs to the American Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.
