Partner with the firm in which he entered in 2013. Prior to joining the firm, spent 18 years with the firm “Gouvêa Vieira Law Firm”. Judicial and arbitral litigation practices in the areas of corporate, contractual, civil responsibility, real estate and insurance (especially high risks and health insurance) and reinsurance. Practices consulting and prevention in the above areas of the law. Was involved in matters of the highest claims in the last decade in Brazil related to engineering and operational risks, including arbitration disputes before the LCIA (London Court of International Arbitration). Lectured in 2013 at the National Insurance School, on the main insurance matters in debate in the Brazilian courts; in 2014, at the International Reinsurance Congress held in the city of Rio de Janeiro, on international arbitration; in 2015, at the National Federation of Supplemental Health (FenaSaúde), on Provisional Remedy in the New Civil Procedure Code; in 2016, at the Annual Meeting of the NYSBA (New York State Bar Association), held in São Paulo, on “recovery and tracing of assets”. Participated in mediation proceedings in Brazil and in England, in addition to having served as an arbitrator in National arbitration proceedings.
