Partner of Rosman, Souza Leão, Franco and Advogados in which he entered in 2002 and his practices in Business Law with emphasis on Corporate and Tax Law in consulting and in contractual areas as well as in administrative law (CVM – SEC and CARF – Administrative Council of Tax Appeals). Professor of Civil Procedure Law at “Cândido Mendes Law School” (Cândido Mendes Law School), Rio de Janeiro, Brazil; Guest professor of Civil Procedure Law at “School of Magistracy of the State of Rio de Janeiro” (Rio de Janeiro School of Magistrates), Brazil (1994/2000).
