Kate Rigby is a partner in RK’s Dispute Resolution Group with particular expertise in the fields of real estate litigation and professional liability claims. Kate advises lenders, investors, financial institutions, loan servicers, LPA Receivers and large commercial and residential landlords on a wide range of real estate related disputes including commercial and residential landlord and tenant law, forfeiture proceedings, lease renewal and surrenders, complex trespass/possession proceedings and dilapidations claims.
