Robyn has a broad practice in the areas of real estate, corporate and securities, commercial financing, and mergers and acquisitions. She has over a decade of experience in representing individuals and businesses in the purchase and sale of real estate, lease transactions, zoning and development issues, title issues, restrictive covenants and other real estate matters; advising closely-held businesses in the acquisition and sale of businesses; representing local lenders in financing transactions; serving as local counsel to out-of-state lenders with transactions in Arkansas; and assisting clients in compliance with state blue sky laws in connection with private placements of securities. In addition, Robyn serves a number of clients as “outside” general counsel, advising on day to day issues and general corporate matters, such as financing issues, corporate structure and governance, transactional matters, and contract drafting and negotiation. Robyn’s creativity and attention to detail benefit her clients in drafting and negotiating all types of commercial contracts, such as sales representative and distributor agreements, commercial purchase orders, customer rebate agreements, equipment lease and purchase agreements, vendor services agreements, consulting agreements, physician employment agreements, no-competes, and independent contractor agreements. Robyn’s client service strengths include listening to her clients’ needs and objectives and responding promptly, efficiently, and professionally.
