Bio

Adam focuses his practice in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, business planning, commercial transactions, and taxation. He represents clients in connection with trust and estate matters, and regularly provides counsel to closely-held business owners and other high net worth individuals on succession planning and tax planning. Adam also represents clients in diverse industries on a wide range of transactional matters, including entity formations, governance, mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, and related tax issues. In addition, Adam serves as “outside general counsel” for closely-held businesses and coordinates other legal needs outside his primary practice areas.
