Tim is a Partner in the firm’s Corporate and Commercial team and is one of the most respected corporate lawyers in the South East, with more than 25 years’ experience in the regional market, a string of high profile awards and is recognised by Chambers and Partners and The Legal 500 as a leader in his field. Tim was previously Head of Corporate and Commercial at Rawlison Butler and also held the role of Managing Partner there between 2002 – 2010. Tim is a trusted advisor to businesses nationally and internationally. Predominantly focused on mid-market companies he also has specialist sector expertise in technology, manufacturing, motor, real estate and professional services. With more than two decades experience both as a corporate lawyer and in business leadership and management roles, Tim has a proven track record of leading project team’s to help businesses realise and deliver their strategic objectives.
