With a wealth of experience gained over more than 20 years, Matthew Griffith is a corporate, commercial and regulatory lawyer who focuses on the insurance and financial services sectors. Matthew supports clients on a broad range of transactional, commercial and regulatory matters. He is an independently recognised leader in the insurance market and advises clients on acquisitions, disposals, business transfers (including Part VII transfers), reinsurance transactions, product distribution arrangements, commercial contracts, restructuring projects, corporate governance and regulatory matters. Before joining RPC, he gained substantial in-house legal and commercial experience as Corporate General Counsel and a member of the Senior Leadership Team at Worldpay.
