Jeremy Cunningham is a corporate transactional lawyer focussed on delivering commercial solutions to clients. Jeremy represents private equity funds, corporations, financial institutions, insurance companies and investor groups and management teams on a variety of transactional matters. His focus is on M&A and disposals, private equity and venture capital investment. Jeremy has wide ranging experience of cross border M&A and private equity transactions across Asia, Europe and the US, with particular expertise in the media and technology, real estate, financial services, energy and insurance sectors. Jeremy is qualified in both Hong Kong and England and Wales.
