Andrew Carpenter represents private equity funds, corporations, insurance companies, investor groups and management teams on a variety of transactional matters. His focus is on M&A and disposals, private equity and venture capital investment. Andrew has wide ranging experience of cross border M&A and private equity transactions, with particular expertise in the insurance, media and technology, education, logistics, energy and natural resources sectors. Andrew is qualified in both Hong Kong and England and Wales.
