Marcia Arellano is partner of our Corporate Reorganization and Bankruptcy practice area. She specializes in advising companies on insolvencies and restructuring under the General Law of the Bankruptcy System before the National Authority for the Defense of Competition and the Protection of Intellectual Property (INDECOPI), as well as in private restructuring, advising companies with financial difficulties in the negotiation with their creditors and the comprehensive restructuration of their liabilities. Additionally, she has worked as attorney for the Legal Management of INDECOPI and as legal coordinator of the Commission on Dumping, Subsidies and Elimination of Non-Tariff Commercial Barriers of the same institution.
