Luis Miguel Elias is a Juris Doctor by Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú with experience in corporate finance and mining. Luis Miguel has advised national and international clients on the corporate strategy for mergers and acquisitions, project financing, joint ventures, among others, in various industrial sectors, with special emphasis on mining. Between 2012 and 2013 Luis Miguel was an international associate at the Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP NY office.
