Partner Lawrence Spector is a member of Pryor Cashman’s Corporate, Banking + Finance and Investment Management Groups and co-chair of the Private Equity practice. He has more than three decades of experience advising individuals, startup companies, venture capital funds, private equity funds, and small to middle-market companies, on a variety of transactional, securities, financing, governance and operational matters.
