Partner Lawrence Remmel chairs Pryor Cashman's Banking + Finance Group and is a member of the firm’s Corporate and Investment Management Groups. Larry works with companies from the biotechnology, cosmeceutical, financial services and entertainment industries, as well as with various private equity funds and groups of investors from the U.S. and abroad.
