Partner Jeffrey Johnson is a member of Pryor Cashman’s Intellectual Property, Corporate and Technology Groups and chairs the firm’s Cannabis practice. Known for helping corporations assess, protect and optimize the value of their intellectual property assets, Jeffrey advises on patent, trade secret, trademark, and copyright issues. He represents clients in complex transactions and guides the litigation of disputes when they arise.
