Philip Weaver has been a Partner in the Corporate Department since 1997 and has been heavily involved in offering corporate advice to high-tech companies and continues to work with a wide range of companies in that sector on Mergers & Acquisitions and fundraising work. He has substantial experience in dealing with shareholder issues, both agreements and disagreements. A significant part of Philips’ practice involves commercial work. He has prepared agreements and licences for many firms and has a particular strength in the technology sector. He is the resident legal expert in franchising, distribution and agency agreements.
