She regularly counsels developers, landowners, and business owners in the leasing, zoning, financing, and purchase and sale of commercial properties. She has extensive experience in representing landowners with regard to oil and gas pipeline easements, oil and gas leasing, acquisition, land use, zoning, and other real estate issues related to oil and gas operations. In addition to her areas of expertise and true to all Pillar+Aught attorneys, Angela is proficient in several practice areas, which helps provide global guidance for clients. She represents financial institutions and businesses related to entity formation, acquisition, lending, and workout and collection matters. Angela was a Central Penn Business Journal’s 2017 “Forty Under 40” winner and a 2016 “Women of Influence” winner. She graduated first in her class from Widener University School of Law, and was the recipient of the President’s Award for her scholastic achievement and high potential for meaningful contribution to the law school, community, and profession. She is active in the community serving on the Business Advising Certificate Advisory Board at Widener Commonwealth Law School since its inception, the Jump Street Board of Directors, and Cultural Enrichment Fund Core Arts Committee. She is a member of the Greater Harrisburg Association of Realtors, the International Women’s Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation, the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Pennsylvania Bar Association and Dauphin County Bar Association and has acted as general counsel to the Harrisburg Young Professionals.
