Benjamin Farber focuses his practice in the areas of corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities law compliance. He has advised various types of entities in corporate matters, ranging from start-up ventures to publicly held companies. His practice includes advising clients on corporate transactional matters involving renewable energy projects. He is a member of the Canadian Cross Border Team. Mr. Farber is also a member of the firm’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee.
