Head of the Natural Resources, Energy and Environmental Department in Peru, with broad experience on corporate, M&A and financial transactions. From 2010 to 2012, worked as lawyer at Cleary Gottlieb (New York and Sao Paulo). Has been General Counsel of Minera Miski Mayo (a joint venture among Vale, Mosaic and Mitsui) and advisor to the President of the Council of Ministers. Provides legal and strategic advice to companies, financial institutions and funds, with a focus in the mining industry, on their investments, transactions, projects and operations in Peru. Admitted to practice in Peru and New York.
