Partner at PPU expert in corporate and contractual matters, and commercial proceedings (arbitration and insolvency). He has advised local and international clients structuring and implementing new businesses, joint ventures, corporate matters, commercial contracts, corporate reorganizations and foreign investments. In the last years, he has advised various corporate and M&A deals, having actively participated in the international expansion plans of clients such as Empresas Lipigas, SBA Torres and Synlab Group, among others. He has broad experience in dispute resolutions related to complex distribution transactions and corporate matters, and he is an arbitrator before the Chamber of Commerce of Bogota, and the arbitration court of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) in Paris.
