Nicholas Ferrer is a co-chair of the firmwide Mergers & Acquisitions practice. His practice focuses on advising companies and senior management in connection with acquisitions, growth equity and control investments, recapitalizations and leveraged buyouts, joint ventures, and other M&A-based liquidity events. Nick frequently is involved in cross-border transactions. Nick’s clients include repeat strategic acquirors, private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, family offices, and both venture-backed and founder or other closely owned companies. Experienced across a broad range of industries, Nick has substantial experience in the technology, healthcare, consumer/retail, business services, and niche manufacturing industries.
