Martha Sandoval has extensive experience in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, private placements and debt financings. Martha advises startups, closely-held and family-owned businesses, and general partners, managers of, or investors in limited partnerships and limited liability companies. Martha serves CPG, retail, technology, energy, automotive and manufacturing companies. Martha brings a strong business perspective to her practice. She works closely with business owners to support their business vision through the lifecycle of their companies. Martha’s core practice also involves advising clients on strategic transactions and negotiating commercial contracts including contract manufacturing (co-pack), service, distribution, supply, and manufacturing (including private label) agreements, as well as operating agreements, limited partnership agreements and shareholders agreements. Martha is a proud lifetime member of the University of Washington Alumni Association. Martha has a long-standing commitment to community service and volunteers at Ventures, a microenterprise training program, and the University of Washington Foster School of Business.
