Vittorio Loi has been a Partner of the firm since 2006, Head of the Moscow office as well as of the Russia and CIS Countries Desk and carries out his activity at the Milan and Moscow offices. For several years he has mainly dealt with contracts, corporate law, investments (including real estate), taxation and litigation in the states of the former Soviet Union, with particular reference to the Russian Federation, as well as the same activities for Russian clients in Italy. He has particular experience in the field of acquisitions and corporate law. He is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA).
