Stefano Bianchi has been a Partner of the firm since 2000 and Managing Partner since 2015 and carries out his activity mainly at the Milan office. Expert in commercial and corporate law and consultant to leading industrial groups and Italian and foreign investment funds, Stefano has gained specific experience in national and cross-border operations, acquisition, extraordinary finance, private equity and corporate reorganization. Stefano is also an expert in corporate litigation and national and international arbitration. He has been a lecturer in civil law since 2004 at the School of Specialization for the Legal Professions of the University of Milan, author of numerous publications and speaker at conferences and seminars. Stefano is also a member of the International Bar Association (IBA).
