Roberto Zanchi has been a Partner of the firm since 1991, having been part of it since 1983. From 2005 to 2015 he held the position of Managing Partner. Roberto carries out his activity at the Milan office mainly dealing with banking and financial law and M&A and Private Equity transactions, as well as commercial and corporate law, insolvency and restructuring. Its main clients include primary banks and financial intermediaries, Italian and foreign private equity funds, industrial groups with international activity. Among the most significant operations in which he has been involved are the assistance to large national and international groups in privatization, listing and capital increases of banks through market operations. Roberto is President of Cremonafiere SpA, Director of the Walter Stauffer Foundation as well as of the Antonio Stradivari Violin Museum Foundation. He is also a member of the International Bar Association (IBA).
