Paolo Lupini has been a Partner of the firm since 2007 and carries out his activity mainly at the Milan office. Paolo specializes in commercial and corporate law, capital market law and mergers & acquisitions. He assists listed and unlisted companies in their ordinary activities and in transactions of an extraordinary nature (such as, for example, capital increases, contributions in kind, mergers, demergers, issues of bonds and warrants, stock option plans and other plans incentives), as well as with regard to corporate governance aspects. He is particularly expert in the reference legislation of listed issuers. It also deals with acquisitions and joint-ventures, public purchase and exchange offers and investment solicitations, with particular regard to the offer of financial instruments aimed at listing on regulated markets. He is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA).
