Paola Carlotti has been a Partner of the firm since 2015 and carries out her activity mainly at the Milan office. Paola has a consolidated experience in the M&A and private equity sector, having dealt with acquisitions, mergers and other extraordinary finance transactions, both nationally and internationally. In bankruptcy law matters, he assists both debtor companies and creditors in the negotiation of debt restructuring agreements and other agreed solutions to the corporate crisis, as well as in relation to distressed acquisition transactions . She also regularly advises on corporate governance issues, corporate restructuring, manager incentive plans and directors' responsibilities. In 2006 Paola Carlotti was visiting research fellow at Columbia Law School (New York). In 2011-2012 she was a visiting foreign lawyer in the New York office of a leading international law firm. In 2008, Paola also obtained a PhD in corporate law from Bocconi University in Milan. She is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA) and is associated with the Italian Society of Bankruptcy Studies (SISCO.).
