Giuseppe Besozzi has been a Partner of the firm since 2015 and carries out his activity mainly at the Milan office. Giuseppe mainly deals with extraordinary finance transactions including acquisitions and disposals of companies and shareholdings, mergers, demergers and corporate reorganisations. He assists leading Italian and foreign private equity funds in investment and exit transactions. Giuseppe has also gained significant experience in the banking and finance law sector assisting his clients in a wide range of financing transactions including acquisition financing, working capital financing and structured finance, as well as bond issuance. Giuseppe is also an expert in international contracts. Giuseppe has acquired extensive experience in restructuring and reorganization operations by assisting leading industrial groups in corporate crisis management procedures.
