Giuseppe Alessandro Galeano carries out his activity at the Milan office, as part of the Tax Department. He has twenty years of experience in assisting national and international clients, both in ordinary tax consultancy and in the execution of acquisitions and corporate reorganization operations. He has specialized in assisting private equity funds, both national and international, in the acquisition and restructuring of Italian companies. He is lecturer and speaker at masters and conferences as well as the author of many publications on tax and corporate matters. He is a member of the AIFI Tax & Legal Commission.
